  • I’m Lili and I’m based in Portland, Oregon.

    I had thought about becoming a doula long before I took the leap. I always wanted to work in reproductive healthcare but I didn’t quite know where a humanities-minded person like me fit into the medical system. Turns out doula work is just that!

  • I decided to market my services as family/baby support because after being a doula for a year or so, I realized how parents are an underrated vulnerable population. My hope is to relieve some of the educational and physical challenges of parenting.

  • There is no right way to charge for something that should be free like community support and access to information. Unfortunately, this is the world we live in.

    In an attempt to make my services financially accessible, I calculate my prices not on experience or market value, but the cost of survival plus a little buffer for sliding scale opportunities.

  • You may have noticed that there are no pictures of cute little baby feet on my website!

    I personally do not feel comfortable using photos of my clients’ children for marketing. If you would like to see, or hear, about me in action I’m happy to provide references. But for now stock photos of cowboys will do!

  • I completed 57 hours of education from the Community Doula Alliance which granted me certificates in: Birth Doula Training, In-Person Skills Day, Cultural Competency, Inter-professional Collaboration, HIPAA Compliance, and Trauma Informed Care.
